Set-Aside #1: Hurricane Ida-Affected Households
Up to 25% of all units (10 units) will give initial preference to applicants who at the time of Hurricane Ida resided in a primary residence that was adversely affected by the hurricane.

Set-Aside #2: Municipal/County Workforce & White Plains Affordable Housing Residents
Up to 25% of all units (10 units) will give initial preference to applicants who fall into any one of these groups:

– Residents of affordable or subsidized rental units in White Plains or listed on waiting list for affordable or subsidized housing in White Plains as of 9/30/2025
– Current residents of affordable or subsidized housing owned/operated by the White Plains Housing Authority
– Full-time employees of the City of White Plains
– Full-time employees of Westchester County

Set-Aside #3: Accessibility Adapted Units

– Three (3) units are fully adapted for Mobility Accessibility.
– Three (3) units are fully adapted for Hearing/Vision Accessibility.
